Since last Spring I have been re-painting an apartment complex in my neighborhood, one building and one garage at a time. It’s been fun to see the effect of the change on the community, and even get to know owners and a few of the residents. I’m looking forward to finishing up the rest of the buildings as the temperatures warm up this Spring.

Painting the brick and siding the same color unified and modernized the look of this lovely northside home.

Thankfully it’s been a busy summer with lots of projects in progress! I really enjoyed reviving this downtown Zionsville home.

Updated paint in the interior and on the exterior of this home will provide a clean, fresh welcome for its future tenants.
